Since I feel like sharing this week (read my post about my OCD), I thought I would share something that is going on with me and my body. I am actually hoping that some of you might have suggestions or similar experience. I feel fine sharing this because I have not told anyone in my circle of friends except for one person (hi Carrie!) about my blog. My family, friends, and acquaintances don't even know I have a blog. I am not sure why, I just haven't told them. Anyway, this is pretty personal and I am sorry if it is too much, but here goes.
I am concerned that I might be exercising too much, eating too little, and my body is starting to rebel. I actually eat a lot and eat about 1800 calories a day, but I am wondering if I should add more. I work out 6 days a week and usually no more than an hour a day, but I am continuing to lose weight and although my BMI is still in the healthy range at about 20.5, I am starting to notice that my body is feeling very tired. I have not had a period in three months (and there is no way I am pregnant) and my moods have become quite severe. I am grumpy (really, grumpy) and short with my family. I know that I should go to the Dr, and I am going to go, but I just wanted to know if any of you have experienced this? Thanks for listening.
